Please be aware that you are responsible for your own hotel reservation during conference days.

Upon registration for the congress each participant will receive a ticket for free public transport (busses) within the city of Utrecht, allowing you to reach all conference venues and hotels.

Hotel accommodation has been pre-booked by Hotel Contact at favourable rates for conference participants in various 2-3-4 star hotels.
These hotel rooms can be booked online via the conference web site. Please reserve a room no later than 22 April 2009. Our room bookings will be released for general sale after this date. Please remember that the cost of hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee and will be handled by the relevant organisation.

No pre-bookings have been made at these hotels. Prices listed are approximations and are subject to change. For all bookings: please be aware that direct busses numbers 11 and 12 to and from the conference venue ("Educatorium", located at De Uithof) depart from and to the Central Bus Station (Follow the sign "Stadsbussen") every 5 minutes. Follow the signs to the venue.
